Carey plume Agate

The Oldtimer's (old agate scratchers) said that Carey Plume was the best in it's time. It is now considered an "extinct" material. A mining expedition in 1997 with three months digging netted only 78 lbs of low grade rough, which makes this considered extinct. The example above is one of two slabs that is part of a major collection which will be featured in the future on the collection page of our website. The cabs below are numbered and if any one wants to purchase they will pay appraised price. These cabs will be made available from the collection on a first come first serve basis.
